John Vincent Coulter was born in the year 1961 to Nell husbands Martin and her husband, an agent from the F.B.I. Her ancestry is Irish as well as German. She worked as an United States Court of Appeals law clerk in Kansas following her graduation from law. In the following years she made the decision to quit her government position for a job at New York City. She was a specialist in Corporate Law at her new position. In 1998 she was appearing on T.V. It was known due to her frequent appearances on T.V. to talk about Bill Clinton's scandal and impeachment. After the impeachment, in 1998 she published her first book The High Crimes of Misdemeanors: The Case Against Bill Clinton for which she was accused of plagiarism. She's written over twelve books which have been sold to more than 3 million copies. While she was repeatedly engaged, she is not married and does not have children.
